For Malaysian (Local) Parents
Step 1 — Enquire
- Message us on WhatsApp or submit the Enquiry Form on the website.
- Share your daughter’s age, current studies, and your goals.
Step 2 — Discovery call / Parent interview
- 20–30 minutes. We explain our vision, Tarbiyat System, small class sizes, Cambridge certification, and daily routine.
- You share your child’s strengths, needs, and any concerns.
Step 3 — School tour / Open Day
- Visit our campus: No 45, 46 & 47, Jalan KS 5, Kepayang Central, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
- Observe live classes or student activities (when available). Meet teachers and student leaders.
Step 4 — Application submission
Prepare:
- Student’s IC (or passport if available), recent passport‑size photos
- Latest academic records and any relevant certificates
- Parent/guardian IC and emergency contact details
- Any medical notes the school should know about
Step 5 — Entrance assessment & student interview
- Short placement test (English & Islamic basics) + 1‑to‑1 interview to assess character, motivation, readiness.
- This helps us decide if she begins with the English Year or enters the Alimah stream straightaway.
Step 6 — Selection Committee review & decision
- Outcome: Accept / Waitlist / Decline.
- If accepted, you’ll receive an Offer & Enrolment Pack with next steps.
Step 7 — Secure enrolment (fees & documents)
Pay Registration (Admission) fees and send proof:
- ‘Alimah Course (new intake) Registration: RM 2,650
(Admission RM1,890 + Exam RM500 + Curriculum RM110 + Medical RM150) - English Cambridge Programme Registration: RM 3,000 (Admission RM2,240 + Exam RM500 + Curriculum RM110 + Medical RM150)

Step 8 — Uniforms, books & setup
Uniform & items (guide):
- Green uniforms RM 360
- Friday uniforms RM 250
- Sports attire RM 250
- Burqa (XXL) RM 53 / (XXXL) RM 65
- Purdah RM 35
Cambridge English (as applicable): A1 RM315, A2 RM200, B1 RM245, B2 RM200, C1 RM245.
Kitaab/Books: as advised for the year level.
Step 9 — Ongoing tuition & boarding fees
- Monthly total: RM 2,300 (Accommodation RM500 + Tuition RM1,500 + Meals RM750)
‑ or Quarterly: RM 6,900 / Yearly: RM 27,600 - Payment due: 25th of each month. Financial year ends October → all payments finalised by end‑October.
Step 10 — Orientation & first day
- You’ll receive orientation details (what to bring, reporting time, house rules).
- Daily routine (snapshot): Wake 4:00am → Tahajjud, A’maal, Fajr → Classes 7:00am–1:30pm → Study, A’maal, Salah → Lights out 11:00pm.
