For International Parents
Allow adequate lead time for admissions and visa processing. We guide you, and fees include a Visa for International Student: RM 5,000 (renewals: RM 200 service/transport each).
Step 1 — Enquire & discovery call (online)
- WhatsApp the admissions team or submit the Enquiry Form.
- Share passport name, nationality, age, prior studies, English/Arabic level, and any special needs.
Step 2 — Document pack & application
Prepare clear scans of:
- Passport (valid at least 12 months), passport‑size photos
- Academic records (most recent 2 years)
- Parent/guardian passports/IDs & emergency contacts
- Medical notes (if any)
Step 3 — Placement assessment & interview (online)
- English & Islamic basics + 1‑to‑1 interview.
- Recommendation on starting English Year or ‘Alimah A1.
Step 4 — Offer letter & registration fees
- Once accepted, you’ll receive a Conditional Offer.
- Pay Registration:
- Alimah: RM 2,650
- English Cambridge: RM 3,000 - Send proof of payment (email/WhatsApp as above).
Step 5 — Student visa process (support provided)
- We guide you on required forms and steps. Typical items include:
- Offer/acceptance letter from IDUSP
- Passport copy, photos, academic records
- Parental consent/guardian letter (for minors)
- Medical clearance (if requested)
- Visa fee (international): RM 5,000.
- Visa renewal service: RM 200 each time (service + transport).

Step 6 — Book flights & arrival plan
- Fly to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).
- Coordinate arrival time/date with the school so we can advise on check‑in, transport, and onboarding.
Step 7 — Settle in & complete onboarding
- Purchase uniforms at school (see prices above).
- Pay boarding & tuition: RM 2,300/month (or quarterly/yearly).
- Sit for orientation, meet your mentors, receive the timetable and house rules.
